Terms & Conditions — uubdt Platform Rules & Player Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern all use of the uubdt platform by registered players in Bangladesh. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out below. Please read this document in full before using any uubdt service.
All players must be at least 18 years of age and must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted. uubdt reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation at any time.
uubdt supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Minimum deposit: ৳500.
All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested.
Collusion, use of automated betting software, multi-accounting, and any form of bonus abuse are strictly prohibited. uubdt employs fraud detection systems that operate continuously across all betting and casino activity on the platform.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. uubdt will never request your password via email or live chat. Enable two-factor authentication immediately after registration to protect your account.
uubdt may update these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the registered email address. Continued use of the platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
Section 1
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the uubdt platform — including but not limited to the website at uubdt.app, any mobile-optimised version of the site, and any associated application or service — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all registered players, guest visitors, and any other person who interacts with the uubdt platform in any capacity.
Your acceptance of these Terms is recorded at the point of account registration. The checkbox presented during the registration process, which reads "I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions", is a mandatory field. Registration cannot be completed without affirming this acceptance. If you complete the registration process, uubdt treats that action as full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
These Terms should be read alongside uubdt's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this document. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and those supplementary policies, the provisions of these Terms shall take precedence unless the supplementary policy explicitly states otherwise.
uubdt reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice, except where a material change is being made, in which case at least 7 days' advance notice will be provided to registered players via their registered email address. The most current version of the Terms is always available at uubdt.app/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version came into force.
Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Use of the uubdt platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute minimum and is non-negotiable under any circumstances.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
- You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of uubdt, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
- You must not have a previously closed, suspended, or self-excluded uubdt account that has not been formally reinstated by the uubdt compliance team.
- You must not be acting on behalf of, or in partnership with, any other person in the operation of your account.
uubdt takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any player found to be under 18 years of age will have their account permanently closed with immediate effect. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original payment source net of any withdrawals made. Winnings generated during a period of underage use are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited.
Age verification is conducted as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, which all players are required to complete before their first withdrawal is processed. Players may be asked to provide a copy of their National Identity Document (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification at any stage of their account lifecycle — not only at the point of first withdrawal. uubdt reserves the right to restrict account functionality pending completion of age verification.
Players in Bangladesh are reminded that it is their personal responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in their specific circumstances. uubdt provides the platform and its services in good faith; however, uubdt cannot accept liability for any breach of local laws by individual players. By registering, you confirm that online gambling is lawful for you personally and that you have obtained any required permissions.
uubdt enforces mandatory age verification on all accounts. Players confirmed to be under 18 will have accounts permanently closed and deposited funds returned. No exceptions.
Section 3
Account Registration & Verification
Each player may hold exactly one registered account on the uubdt platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended and the matter referred to the uubdt compliance team for investigation.
During the registration process, players are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile telephone number. It is the player's responsibility to keep this information current. uubdt accepts no liability for failed communications (including bonus notifications, security alerts, or verification requests) resulting from outdated contact details held on the account.
Following registration, players are required to complete the uubdt KYC identity verification process prior to processing their first withdrawal request. KYC documentation typically includes one or more of the following:
- Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your National Identity Document (NID), valid passport, or government-issued photo driving licence.
- Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the last three months, clearly showing your full name and residential address.
- Proof of Payment Method: Confirmation that the deposit payment method (e.g., bKash mobile number, Nagad account) is registered in your own name.
KYC documents should be uploaded via the account dashboard. The uubdt compliance team aims to complete identity verification within 24 hours of receiving a complete and legible set of documents. Where documents are incomplete, unclear, or inconsistent with the registered account details, the compliance team will contact the player for clarification. Delays caused by incomplete documentation are the responsibility of the player and do not constitute grounds for complaint against uubdt's withdrawal processing timelines.
uubdt reserves the right to request re-verification at any time, including in response to unusual account activity, a change of registered details, or a large withdrawal request. Failure to comply with a re-verification request within a reasonable timeframe (typically 14 days) may result in account suspension until verification is completed.
Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods
All financial transactions on uubdt — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus crediting — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). uubdt does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required to fund a transaction from a foreign-currency source is the sole responsibility and cost of the player.
Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay typically reflect in the player's uubdt account balance within 30 to 60 seconds of a successful transaction. Deposits via bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) may take up to 2 business hours to be credited, subject to the processing times of the originating bank. Card deposits via Visa or Mastercard are processed in real time.
Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed by the uubdt finance team during business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–22:00 BST). Players who have completed full KYC verification can expect withdrawal processing within 2–6 hours of submission during standard operating hours. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. uubdt reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000.
Withdrawal Method Matching: For anti-money-laundering compliance, uubdt applies a withdrawal method matching policy. This means that withdrawal funds are returned to the same payment source used to deposit. Where a deposit method has a lower maximum transaction limit than the withdrawal amount, uubdt will split the withdrawal across multiple transactions using the verified payment methods on the account.
uubdt does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party fees applied by mobile wallet providers or banks (such as bKash transaction charges) are outside uubdt's control and are not reimbursed. Players are advised to check the fee structure of their chosen payment provider before initiating a transaction.
Any deposits made in error (duplicate deposits, incorrect amounts) must be reported to uubdt support within 24 hours of the transaction date. uubdt will investigate and, where confirmed, will credit or refund the erroneous amount subject to verification of the transaction records.

Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
uubdt offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds on selected cricket and sports markets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL cricket season, the IPL, and national holidays including Victory Day (December 16) and Independence Day (March 26). All bonuses are governed by these general Terms and by the specific terms published with each individual promotion.
Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds credited to a uubdt account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered across eligible games before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms and varies by offer type. Players are strongly advised to read the full promotion terms before accepting any bonus.
Eligible Games: Not all games on the uubdt platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute 100% of each wager placed, while live casino table games (such as baccarat, roulette, and blackjack) and sports betting wagers may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10%–20%). The exact contribution rates for each game category are specified in the individual promotion terms.
Bonus Expiry: All bonus credits and associated free spins carry an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not satisfied before the expiry date, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from the account. The standard bonus validity period is 7 calendar days from the date of crediting, unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms.
Bonus Abuse: uubdt employs automated systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, hedging bets across multiple outcomes using bonus funds, using bonus funds primarily on games with near-100% return-to-player rates in a pattern inconsistent with recreational play, and coordinating bonus use across multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, uubdt reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, remove associated winnings, and in serious cases suspend the account.
One Bonus Per Player: Players are entitled to claim each promotional offer once per individual. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through different accounts, devices, or payment methods will be treated as multi-accounting and bonus abuse, subject to the sanctions described above.
Section 6
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets, wagers, and game plays on the uubdt platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category — sports betting, live casino, slots, instant games, and bingo. These product-level rules are accessible from within each game or betting interface and are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of a conflict between product-level rules and these Terms, the product-level rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game or bet type in question.
Sports Betting: Bets placed on uubdt's sports betting section are subject to the current odds displayed at the time of bet placement. uubdt reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, abandoned, or materially changed before the relevant market was settled. For cricket, football, kabaddi, and boxing markets, specific voiding rules (such as the minimum overs required for a cricket match to be valid) are stated within the product-level sports betting rules. In-play bets accepted after a material event in a match (such as a wicket in cricket, or a knockout in boxing) that was not reflected in the live odds due to a data feed delay may be voided at uubdt's discretion.
Casino Games: The outcome of all RNG-based slot and instant games on uubdt is determined by certified random number generator systems audited by independent testing laboratories. Game results cannot be influenced by uubdt or by any player action other than the standard game controls available in the game interface. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing processes conducted by certified game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, and streamed in real time. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round outcome will be determined by the game server record, not by the state of the player's screen at the time of disconnection.
Maximum Winnings: uubdt applies a maximum single-session payout cap of ৳5,000,000 across all game categories, unless a specific game or product has a lower cap stated in its product-level rules. Winnings exceeding this cap are subject to a compliance review before being credited to the player's account balance.
Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software bug that results in an incorrect display of odds, game outcomes, or account balances, uubdt reserves the right to void the affected bets or game rounds and restore account balances to their state immediately prior to the malfunction. uubdt will notify affected players as promptly as practicable and will provide a detailed explanation of any corrective action taken.
Section 7
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By registering and using the uubdt platform, you undertake to comply with all applicable laws, these Terms, and the reasonable instructions of the uubdt support and compliance teams at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Creating or operating more than one account on the uubdt platform (multi-accounting).
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at registration or during any verification process.
- Using automated betting software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or play games on your behalf.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the uubdt platform to obtain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers ("bonus hunting") in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
- Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
- Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing any third party to operate your account.
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
- Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward uubdt support staff or other platform users.
Where uubdt identifies a breach of any of the above obligations, it reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions, at its sole discretion: issue a formal warning, void and confiscate bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend account access pending investigation, permanently close the account, and/or report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.
- Immediate account suspension
- Forfeiture of bonus balances
- Void of associated winnings
- Permanent account closure
- Reporting to authorities
- Legal action where applicable
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
uubdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where uubdt reasonably believes that: a breach of these Terms has occurred or is ongoing; the account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise unlawful purposes; the account holder is or may be under 18 years of age; the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players; or the account holder has failed to complete mandatory KYC verification within the required timeframe.
Player-Initiated Closure: Players may request the permanent closure of their uubdt account at any time by contacting the uubdt support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal terms. Real-money balances remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may activate a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanent via the responsible gaming tools in the account dashboard. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the chosen period. During self-exclusion, the player will be unable to log in, deposit, withdraw, or participate in any promotional activity. uubdt will also take reasonable steps to ensure that marketing communications are not sent to self-excluded players for the duration of the exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion is final and cannot be reversed under any circumstances.
Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. uubdt will contact the registered email address at least 30 days before applying a dormancy fee. If no activity is recorded following that notification, uubdt reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 to the account balance until either the account is reactivated by player login or the balance reaches zero. Reactivation is available at any time by simply logging in, provided the account has not been closed for other reasons.
Section 9
Limitation of Liability
The uubdt platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While uubdt makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform, uubdt does not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, security breaches, or delays at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible; emergency maintenance may be conducted without prior notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uubdt's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
uubdt shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, even if uubdt has been advised of the possibility of such losses. This exclusion applies to losses arising from betting decisions, game outcomes, technical malfunctions, payment delays, and any reliance placed on information published on the platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits uubdt's liability for death or personal injury caused by uubdt's own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter in respect of which liability cannot be excluded or limited as a matter of applicable law.
Players acknowledge that gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss and that uubdt is not responsible for the gambling decisions made by individual players. Players are solely responsible for their betting and gaming choices and for ensuring that their use of the platform remains within the boundaries of responsible gaming.
Section 10
Amendments & Governing Law
uubdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Minor amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications to existing clauses, or updates to payment method lists) may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication of the updated Terms at uubdt.app/terms-conditions. Material amendments — those that substantively alter the rights or obligations of registered players — will be communicated to all active players via their registered email address at least 7 calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.
Players who do not agree with any amended Terms must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. uubdt operates the platform as a safe and reliable entertainment platform, employing industry-standard security and fair-play practices. uubdt does not make representations as to the legality of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction beyond its general terms of service, and players are responsible for ensuring compliance with their own local laws.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification or deletion of a provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and uubdt with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter. No waiver by uubdt of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach. Failure by uubdt to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or provision.
